Happy christmas everyone
we are all struggling at the moment
we knew we would miss mum
but it is so hard
but we are going to celibrate christmas as she would have wanted
so raise a glass to those not with us and have a great christmas

back from hols

back from tenerife had a great time
just the washing and sorting to do
back to normal monday what ever that is xx

i knew i had no travel stamps or any thing like that

so raided my bits and bobs draw

have had such fun playing these last 2 days

a planner book for christmas

i started with some free to print pages

fron the paper craft insperatipn site

and went from there

the pages are hand drawn by Jane Dean

and her planner is shown in the magazine

is to make a tag

i inked my bacg ground then shadow

stamped my image

i love conkers

so went and got some yesterday

so i have made a wreath for my front door

it the thing i love the most about america

and canada

is that they decorate there houses for all seasons

had my second workshop with Leonie on saturday
firstly we made an acetate card
then a card made all from circles
and finally leonie showed us some techniques with
alcohol inks
had a really great time

so i water coloured my little bear image

it was to use tissue paper

i have altered a plain wooden photo frame

using pattered tissue paper and modpog

ALTERED BEER MATS

played with spray colours on the back grounds

much better in real life than the photos show

Leonie workshop

these are the cards we made at Leonies workshop

have another on the 19th sept

we had a really great time

new beginings

well it's the begining of september

time to stop feeling sorry for myself

my mum would be kicking me up the bum now and saying

you have a life to be getting on with

so i have been making some christmas cards

martin's birthday card

this is the card i have made for martins birth day
he and becky are dowm next week to finalize the wedding plans
only 7 weeks to go

AT LAST

finaly go some cards to show

could not get into crafting at all

but at last

the boots are for my future son in law

well i have not done much crafting
i have been cross stitching so think that counts
have finished off all the wedding invites
cant show them yet but will as soon as they go out

mum

my mum sadly passed away last thursday
while i was in tenerife
she had insisted that we went
i miss her so much
the funeral is not till the 21st
